Shipping Information
Your shipment will always be delivered to your home or work address by PostNL. You always receive a track and trace from us so that you can track your package in real-time.
Your order will be delivered to your home the next business day (excluding Monday) by PostNL if you order before 10:00 a.m., subject to force majeure.
Track your order easily and clearly via the Track & Trace link you will automatically receive by email from us. You will automatically receive this email when your package is in the carrier’s sorting center. Please note that the track & trace for PostNL will only start to become traceable between 20:00 – 22:00.

Shipping costs
- For delivery within the Netherlands you pay € 6.95 shipping costs per order (up to 10kg), and above € 13.20
- For delivery to Belgium, you pay €10.70 shipping costs per order.
Post NL – After 1 unsuccessful delivery attempt, PostNL will store the package at a PostNL location for you, you can find this information in your PostNL app or account.
If you chose pickup at a PostNL location with your order, the same retention period will apply.
